Full Send in the Booth: Every Lap I Called in 2025 on Signature eSports
The main shows I covered in 2025
Signature eSports Throwback Series (Gen 6 throwback madness)
This series became a weekly highlight—classic vibes, modern aggression, and paint schemes that hit you right in the nostalgia. We took the Throwback show all over the place: Kentucky, Gateway, Texas, COTA, Sonoma, Michigan, and more.
And when the AMP energy crossed over into the Throwback world (Nashville/Martinsville-style nights), it only cranked the intensity higher.
Chop Shop Racing League — “Chopp’n It Up” coverage
If you watched Chopp’n It Up Xfinity, you already know: this was equal parts racecraft and survival. We were live for early-season action like Pocono (Week 4) and kept rolling through marquee tracks like Charlotte and Daytona, plus plenty of playoff-flavored chaos.
There was also Cup-side coverage popping up (including road course energy like Chicago Street Course), which always brings out the strategy curveballs.
Speedy Trophies Truck Series (and the march to the Championship)
Trucks in 2025 delivered exactly what trucks always promise: late blocks, big sends, and 0.01-second decisions. We hit major nights like Atlanta, battled through tracks like Richmond and Watkins Glen, and capped it with a Championship finale broadcast.
Sim500 / WBD Diecast Truck Series (playoffs, pressure, and big nights)
This was the “every week matters” kind of season—especially once the playoffs hit. We were live for key races like Homestead and other big-ticket events in the WBD Diecast calendar.
AMP Racing League broadcasts
AMP nights brought that “feature event” vibe—high stakes, big fields, and the kind of momentum swings that make you forget to breathe. One of the headline moments was Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
And we also had additional AMP-powered coverage like Indianapolis.
Endurance & special event coverage
Endurance broadcasts hit different—long-run storylines, pace management, and the slow-building tension that explodes at the worst possible time. We ran coverage like Prelude to Daytona 24, plus Daytona 24-themed content on the channel.
Community + variety broadcasts
2025 also had those community staples and fun “let’s race” events—like Sunday Funday Racing and more.
Plus appearances of other series coverage under the Signature eSports umbrella (like Goat Racing Diecast Xfinity).
Charity broadcasts
One of the coolest parts of the year was getting behind charity-driven content—like Toys for Tots at Homestead.
The 2025 “Signature eSports” broadcast identity (what this year felt like)
If I had to sum up the booth vibe for 2025, it was:
Storylines first: points, pressure, rivalries, redemptions.
Clean hype: big moments called big, but never forcing it.
Community racing, broadcast like a main event: because the drivers bring it like it matters (because it does).
And honestly? 2025 was stacked with those moments where you realize the best part of broadcasting iRacing is that anything can happen at any time—and you’re live when it does.
Closing
To everyone who tuned in, raced under the lights, or helped share the stream—2025 was a ride. From Throwback nights to Truck chaos, Xfinity chess matches to endurance marathons, this year was proof that sim racing deserves a real broadcast booth.
On to 2026—same booth, bigger moments.
