The B&H Information Technology Services Charlotte 160 FILHAB Truck Series race was another display of the talented drivers held within Signature eSports. Week 6 in the FILHAB Truck series was a phenomenal start to the long weekend as all three Signature eSports racing series were at the famed Charlotte Motor Speedway. The B&H Information Technology Services Charlotte 160 was a constant battle with a large forty truck field the race was a must see. The action started early and was present through the end, eight cautions were brought out during the race, with the last coming with only three laps to go. During the only Green – White – Checkered of the race drivers battled hard, clawing at anything they could grasp. In the end it would come down to a side by side photo finish with the 60 truck of Zak Rinker squeaking out the 45 truck of Jacob Denson for the win.

In a post race interview this is what Zak Rinker had the following to say:

“It felt great to get back on top of the podium, I’m hopeful that we can carry the momentum into the next race at Pocono.” Zak stated

“It really came down to figuring out how to get the top line to work for making those quick passes, while not burning up the tires for the end of the race. I didn’t have a set pit strategy coming into Charlotte, my goal was just run the truck as far as it would go and it payed off with the cautions.” Zak continued.

“This win means so much to me, I haven’t won in any Signature eSports Series race since season one of the trucks at Daytona, knowing Charlotte is one of my better tracks I was excited for today and got the result we were hoping for coming into today.” Zak stated.
